TUCSON, Ariz. (KGUN) – Larry H. Miller dealers have partnered with the Arizona Department of Child Safety to donate essential items to children in need. This is the second year they have hosted the “Luggage of Love”.

DCS Placement Coordinator Adrienne Machiche says, “The community has donated pillows, luggage, blankets and clothing for our needy children in the foster care system. »

Machiche says these are the necessities most needed. She says the children “either come with nothing or a trash bag.”

For a month, Larry H. Miller dealership employees and the community donated blankets, clothing, socks and luggage for the children.

Beth Harp with Larry H. Miller says, “Today is just a preview of the items we’ve collected over the month of driving statewide through Larry H. Miller dealerships, luggage d ‘love.

Machiche says this campaign goes a long way for children in the foster care system. She adds, “just to see the smile on their face with something so small. Something you wouldn’t think would mean anything to someone, it means the world to them.

Larry H. Miller Dealers plan to continue to hold the Baggage of Love Drive each year.
