Synchrony appoints Kamila Chytil to the board of directors

Lead technology and operations executive brings additional experience in payments and financial services

Stamford, CT – April 04, 2022 – Synchrony (NYSE: SYF), a leading consumer financial services company, announced today that Kamila Chytil has been appointed to the Synchrony Board of Directors, effective April 1. April.

Chytil currently leads operations, information technology and marketing at DentaQuest, where she is responsible for optimizing digital, marketing and information services to improve client experiences for DentaQuest members and patients. Previously, she was chief operating officer of MoneyGram International, where she oversaw global services information technology, marketing, corporate strategy and the digital business segment.
